‘Book Link‘ in Eubank, Ky. Collecting donations of Sunday School material, Christian literature and Bible study material to be shipped to underprivileged English-speaking countries.
Baby Bottle Campaign: Filling baby bottles with money donations to help A Woman’s Choice Resource Center and Necole’s Place.
Hip Hop Cares: A worthwhile ministry for Louisville’s homeless. At appointed times we will be collecting sturdy shoes (esp for men,) camping equipment like sleeping bags, pop-up tents, hygiene items eg travel sizes of soap, shampoo/conditioner in one, deodorant, toothpaste. Food Pantry – The Children’s Ministry is collecting non-perishable food items which are being stored in the Children’s Ministry office in the Children’s Wing of the church. This food is for our needy members. The food pantry will be open every Sunday morning and on Wednesday nights following Bible study and the prayer service.
Church Library hours: Sundays – Immediately following morning worship service, then from 5 pm until 5:45 pm.
Open Wednesday evenings 5:30 pm – 6:15 pm
Backside at Churchill Downs: Items we collect for Backside workers – Sweatshirts, blue jeans/khaki pants (mens size 36 & under, ladies size 10 & under,) new t-shirts, tennis/work shoes (sizes 8-11,) white crew socks, work gloves, caps, blankets, washcloths, towels, luggage, duffle bags; personal items – shampoo, toothpaste, toothbrushes, deodorant, lotion, razors, shaving cream, bar soap

Wednesdays at 6:15pm – A Ladies Group meets to pray specifically for Spiritual Awakening Revival. Meeting in the pastor’s Sunday School classroom.
Prayer Warriors Ministry – The second Sunday of each month, meeting in the pastor’s Sunday School room from 5:15 – 5:55 pm.
Every Thursday – New ministry – Bible Study at Watterson Lakeview Apts from 2-3pm.
Every 3rd Tuesday of the month (except December, January, February) – Naomi’s Circle of Friends – support group for widows and divorced ladies, meeting in the Fellowship Hall building at 6pm
January 27 – True Love Waits begins and will continue for a total of 8 weeks / 8 sessions. From 6pm – 7:30pm every Sunday evening. Those who participate for all 8 sesssions will be awarded a $10 gift card. Parental permission is required. For High schoolers and Middle schoolers. Teachers are Brian Schramm and Jeff Lacefield for the boys, Jessica Schramm, Dee Dee Young, and Chris Jackson for the girls.
February 17 – A 6 week study begins, based on Dr. Robert Jeffress’ book entitled “A Place Called Heaven.” Led by Associate Pastor Billy Bell. Workbooks available on request. Sunday evenings at 6pm.
March 1 – Neighborhood prayer walks resumed
March 21 – Nursing Home Outreach – 6pm at Landmark Nursing Home, formerly Georgetown Manor.
April 27 – 8th Annual Car, Truck, & Bike Show. *Rain date: October 20. Registration from 9am – 2pm / Show from 9am – 4pm. Registration $20, includes Breakfast & Dash Plaques until 10:30am. Dash Plaques only after 10:30am. All makes and models welcome. Concessions will be open. No alcohol, please.
